SHIPPING AND HANDLING

We carefully package each order with love and care to ensure your handcrafted items arrive safely.

Processing Time

All orders are made and prepared fresh. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before shipping. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates

We offer Flat Rate Shipping – $5.95 on all U.S. orders.

Your order will ship via USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail, depending on weight and destination.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once shipped, most packages arrive within 3–7 business days within the U.S.

Order Tracking

A tracking number will be sent to your email once your package is on its way. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by the postal service, weather, or incorrect addresses entered at checkout. If a package is lost or damaged, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to help.

Pickup Policy

We now offer Free Local Pickup for customers in Trenton, NJ and surrounding areas. Cart is automatically set for shipping, please EDIT YOUR CART to SWITCH to pickup.

Downtown Trenton area – full address provided after confirmation

Monday–Friday, 10 AM – 6 PM

Once your order is ready, you’ll receive a Pickup Confirmation Email or Text with your Order Number and pickup details.

When you arrive, please:

Bring your Order Confirmation Email or Order Number
Make sure your name matches the order

REFUND AND RETURNS

We do not provide refunds or cancellations for any reason, including delays in shipping, backorders, or/once received. Once placed in shipper care, Sacred Stones is no longer held responsible. If you receive either damaged item, incorrect item, or missing item please contact us within 5 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping cost. Should there be an error on our part, we can accommodate, refund or cancel the order. The shipper is not responsible for Lost or Stolen if properly shipped and delivered. Sacred Stones or the shipper is not responsible for Incorrect Addresses, the address you PROVIDE is the address we use. Please contact us for return address due to privacy purposes.
